This hefty sterling silver ring reminds me of a specific bison - one I met outside of Yellowknife on a cold morning. Bigger than the ones I grew up around in Wyoming and the ones that live down the road from me now. He had a different kind of presence. His grunt rolled out of him, deep and guttural. There was nothing tame about him.
The face of the ring is a 1.75" disc, like a shield.
A tiny diamond for the eye. The shank has stylized bison tracks on the side, inspired by the prints you'd find pressed into the mud.
On the inside of the shank, set in 22k gold, is a rose cut diamond, one of my signature ring details: it's something special and private between the piece and the wearer.
Sterling silver, .0015 diamond, .10 ct rose cut diamond, 22k gold 1.75" X 1", Size 9 (can't be sized)
