I am interested in making work that transmutes the philosophical and ceremonial continuums that are the backbone of our identities as Native Americans. My work is a contemporary adornment that is solidly rooted in Kiowa aesthetics.
Born and raised on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming, my early years were filled with Shoshone, Arapaho and Kiowa aesthetics. I attended the Rhode Island School of Design before moving to Santa Fe in 1990.
In 2024, I collaborated with an American designer to create Lily Gladstone's look for the Met Gala. My works are in many museum collections and have been worn on the red carpet to the Emmys, Grammys and Oscars.

Honored to have Lily Gladstone wear a design that I made in collaboration with designer Gabriela Hearst. I made nearly 500 stars for the design and completed her look with diamond rings, diamond star earrings and a custom hair piece.
