This piece started with the chain - elegant and architectural, like the backbone of a fish. Made from sterling silver, each link formed and twisted to interlock with the next. Less jewelry chain, more vertebrae. At 27" it moves as if it is alive and is very much part of the piece rather than just a chain holding a pendant.
A 2" silver fish sits atop a grey quartz druzy that is approximately 1" x 1.25", set in a hand fabricated bezel shaped to follow the natural curvature of the stone. The druzy catches light the way churning icy water does, swirling and sparkling. The toggle clasp hangs at the side, with a suspended 1" hand carved clear quartz charm shaped like a water dropelet. The toggle bar is accented with tiny sky blue turquoise. This piece is for someone who wants to wear something one of a kind and unique.
Sterling silver, druzy agate, quartz crystal, turquoise, 27" long, pendant is 2" x 2", quartz drop is 1.25" long
